On Main Street since 1912, with the oak stairway and pressed-tin ceiling still in the lobby. The bath is in the room now, which counts as progress.

Moose's Saloon
Sawdust, peanuts and North Main since 1957. Moose Miller's quick remodel with his friends stuck, and so did his name.

Remington Bar
Central Avenue since 1908. The Palm Hotel in 1944, the Remington by the late 1970s. The sign has changed more often than the building has.

Remember This? Big Mountain Before It Was Whitefish Mountain Resort
Whitefish's ski hill opened in December 1947 and spent sixty years as Big Mountain before the 2007 rename. Plenty of people never got the memo.
