Havre Beneath the Streets runs guided tours of the town’s underground from an office at 120 Third Avenue. It is a nonprofit, and in an August 2025 release to the Havre Daily News staff said it is not state- or county-funded and lives on ticket sales and donations. It stays open year-round and keeps the Frank DeRosa Railway Museum free.

The same release said heavy rains had flooded the block of Third Avenue, First Street and Second Avenue repeatedly in recent years, forcing tours to close five times during the 2025 peak season alone to dry out and clean up. Staff asked locals to buy tickets now or for later, or to donate.

The office is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week. Call ahead for tour times. If you’re nearby, stop in and keep them busy.
